Sherbrooke, October 21, 2026 – CDWare Technologies has acquired specialty fleet management providers FOCUS and SkyHawk, effective Thursday, October 1, 2026.
FOCUS and SkyHawk serve a broad network of municipalities, government agencies and businesses across North America. FOCUS specializes in public works and heavy construction materials, while SkyHawk addresses similar needs and brings complementary capabilities, including explosives magazine monitoring. This deep understanding of complex field operations aligns directly with CDWare’s expertise, making the combination as natural as it is strategic.
